Performance degradation
Resolved - From January 9 to January 13, an intermittent issue in the cache layer of our backend services resulted in reduced performance of the Promotion API for a subset of Discount Ninja merchants. The root cause was identified as a cache node malfunction. We have implemented improvements to the cache layer to increase resilience and ensure stable performance going forward.
