Incident Summary
A hotfix deployed on March 3, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET introduced an issue affecting the checkout flow for some new customers.
Under certain circumstances, the discount applied at checkout could be removed when a customer entered their email address during checkout. This behavior was related to a change intended to prevent discounts from being applied after a customer signs out of their account.
Resolution
The issue was identified and corrected on March 4, 2026 at 8:50 AM ET.
Current Status
The fix has been deployed and checkout behavior has returned to normal. We will continue monitoring to ensure consistent operation.
